We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

RETURN PROCESS

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions via email.

Package Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.

Ship Your Return: Ship your return using the shipping method provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
SHIPPING COSTS

Returns Due to SoundWave Error: If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect shipment, or an error on our part, SoundWave will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Preference Returns: If you are returning the product due to personal preference or a non-defective reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUND TIMING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving and processing your return.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
