Overview

At SoundWave, we are committed to delivering your premium audio equipment safely and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines our procedures, timeframes, and options to ensure transparency throughout the delivery process.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - $9.99 (Free on orders over $100)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $14.99

  • Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (when ordered before 2 PM EST) - $24.99

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days - $29.99

  • Expedited International: 5-7 business days - $49.99

Note: International shipping is available to most countries. Certain restrictions may apply due to customs regulations or shipping limitations for specific regions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

For custom audio setups or special-order products, additional processing time of 3-5 business days may be required. You will be notified of any expected delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status by:

  • Logging into your SoundWave account

  • Using our order tracking tool on the website

  • Contacting our customer service team

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the sensitive nature of high-end audio equipment, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing:

  • Professional sound systems

  • Large speakers or amplifiers

  • Custom installation equipment

Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to electrical compatibility or regulatory requirements.

Delivery & Insurance

Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include delivery confirmation. For orders valued over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Insurance

  • All orders are automatically insured up to $100

  • Orders valued over $100 include full-value shipping insurance at no additional cost

  • International orders are insured against loss or damage

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

We will notify you promptly of any significant delays affecting your order.

International Orders & Customs

Customs Fees & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

Customs Documentation

SoundWave provides all necessary customs documentation for international shipments. Products will be declared at their actual value and described accurately on all customs forms.

Returns & Shipping Issues

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items or packaging

  • Description of the issue

Return Shipping

For eligible returns:

  • Domestic customers: SoundWave covers return shipping for damaged/defective items or errors on our part

  • International customers: Return shipping arrangements will be determined on a case-by-case basis
